I've always loved fantasy stories. I wrote my first musical theater play when I was 19 and have loved directing shows that inspire imagination. I started writing fantasy stories for my children, and when one developed serious health problems, I began writing a story that would motivate her to go out on walks. My husband decided it was time to share that story and he setup an editor and cover artist for a Christmas present.
